Colleen Henney teaches self-empowerment through a range of holistic tools, such as mindfulness practices, meditation, personal responsibility and forgiveness. She holds certifications in NLP, Hypnotherapy, MER® and Integrative Wellness Coaching. A decades-long practitioner of mindfulness techniques, a student of Huna and other spiritual traditions, Colleen employs tools that foster personal-empowerment so that clients gain independence as well as a sense of purpose, power and clarity. Her approach is integrative in that she leads clients to mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wholeness—the four pillars of a Bliss-filled life.
