Elizabeth Smith

Elizabeth is a chef working in the Bay Area.  She has years of experience in many areas of the culinary field.  She has trained in some the best restaurants in the world and now works primarily in the consulting and concierge chef arena.  She has offered her services for meal advice, cooking lessons, and menu planning.  She has extensive experience not only with fine dining, but also with preserving, curing and fermentation.

I'm offering help with recipes, menu planning, and any other kitchen questions.
